How far in advance should I order?
Typically 2–3 days for a standard custom cake. Weekends, Eid, Christmas and exam-results season book out earlier — a week or two ahead is safer. Rush orders are sometimes possible; ask and we will tell you honestly.
How much does a custom cake cost?
It depends on size and how much handwork the design needs. Our smallest bento cakes start around AED 85 and a standard 8" decorated cake usually lands between AED 280 and AED 450. Send a design code and your date and you will get a real number, not a range.
Do you deliver?
Yes, across Dubai & Northern Emirates. Delivery is charged by area and confirmed with your quote. You are also welcome to collect.
Can you copy a design I found on Instagram?
We can work from it as a reference and make our own version. We will not pass off another baker's exact design as ours, and we will tell you up front what we can and cannot match.
Do you cater for allergies?
Tell us before ordering. We can work around many requirements, but our kitchen handles nuts, dairy, eggs, gluten and soy, so we cannot promise a trace-free environment. For severe allergies we will say no rather than risk it.
Are eggless or vegan cakes available?
Eggless, yes, on most flavours. Fully vegan is possible on a shorter list of flavours — ask.
Will my cake look exactly like the photo?
Very close. Handmade means small variations in piping and placement. If a detail matters to you, flag it when you order and we will confirm whether it is achievable.
How do I pay?
Once you confirm the quote we take a deposit to secure the date, with the balance on collection or delivery. Payment details come with your quote.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Changes are usually fine up to 48 hours before your date. Cancellations inside 48 hours cannot be refunded — the ingredients are bought and the work has started.
What is a cake code?
Every design in our gallery has one, like CS-0042. Copy it from the cake and paste it into the enquiry form or WhatsApp so we know exactly which cake you mean.
