Quotes & confirmation

A quote is an estimate until we confirm your date in writing. Dates are held only once a deposit is received.

Deposit & balance

A deposit secures your date. The balance is due on collection or before delivery.

Changes

Design, size or flavour changes are usually possible up to 48 hours before your date, subject to a revised quote.

Cancellations

Cancel more than 48 hours ahead and your deposit can be moved to another date. Inside 48 hours the deposit is not refundable — ingredients are bought and work has begun.

Allergens

Our kitchen handles nuts, dairy, eggs, gluten and soy. We can work around many dietary requirements but cannot guarantee a trace-free environment. Tell us about allergies before ordering.

Design accuracy

Cakes are handmade. Your cake will closely match the reference but small variations in piping, colour and placement are part of handmade work.

Delivery

We deliver across Dubai & Northern Emirates. Once a cake is handed over in good condition, responsibility for transport, storage and serving passes to you.

Photography

We photograph our cakes and may show them here or on social media. Tell us if you would rather we did not.
